RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In an unlikely event that you are not satisfied with Your purchase, we will be happy to give you 30 days to return or exchange your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To proceed with the return, please notify us with your name, email address and order number at [email protected]. We will provide you with all the instructions and the address to which the returned item should be posted. We will also require a copy of the receipt of purchase.

We will inspect the item once it arrives and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, after deducting the shipping charges.

If the return is due to product defect, we will cover the shipment costs and will either offer you a refund or an exchange for a product of the same category and price. 

All our products are unique so we are unable to replace your product with an exact copy. In case of a product defect we can only offer a similar product from the same range.
